A: A session is a "meeting" with a personal trainer. The trainer puts you through a workout that is tailored to meet your goals.
A: Sessions range in price from $42.50 to $50.00.
A: The best way to get started is by calling 501.519.1746 to set up an consult appointment. During the consult you will have the opportunity to ask questions and Kathy will find out what your goals are. If you decide to train this will be the time to fill out forms and do your body compostition evaluation. Session times will also be scheduled.
Q: Do you train more than one person at a time?
A: While group training has become popular, Kathy prefers to train one-on-one. She wants her clients to feel they have her undivided attention.
A: Kathy is not a registered dietician but does follow the guidance of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's food guide pryamid.
